Health care votes postponed in US

The promised votes to repeal and replace the massive Affordable Care Act, which expanded health insurance options for many Americans, has been postponed as Republicans have refused to reach an agreement on the key sections of the legislation.

U.S. President Donald Trump has made the repeal and replace of "Obamcare" - the Affordable Care Act - one of his top priorities.

Representative Mark Meadows is the chair of the Freedom Caucus, which remains steadfast in it's opposition.
