After the state's appeal, a Norwegian court will once again be looking at the prison conditions for Norway's most notorious mass murderer.
Attorneys for Anders Behring Breivik say he's living in inhumane conditions, but prosecutors disagree.

Strike misery for London commuters continues with train drivers walking out - a day after much of the London Underground network was closed because of industrial action.

Unions are locked in a dispute with Southern rail over its commitment to driver-only-operated trains, with no traditional guards on board.

Hundreds of services and thousands of commuters in the south east of England are being affected.

A two-day strike over pay by some British Airways cabin crew is also underway at Heathrow airport - but BA says the impact to passengers will be limited.

Italian Five Star movement quits European Parliament alliance with UKIP

UN Secretary General's report may indicate Iran violated arms embargo
