US Lawmakers call for independent commission into Russian cyber attacks
UN Secretary General's report may indicate Iran violated arms embargo
Former United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says Iran may have
supplied Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah with weaponry,
according to a confidential UN report seen by Reuters.
If true, that would put Iran in direct violation of an arms embargo.
