Trump attacks North Korea on Twitter
nearing the completion of nuclear technology that could reach America.
Trump tweeted "it won't happen".
The US has long-worried Pyongyang could develop weapons capable of
reaching America's shores.

2016 One of Most Violent Years Ever for Chicago
End of year data released by the Chicago Police Department shows 2016 was one of the most violent years in history for that city.
The year ended with 762 homicides in Chicago.
