Russia says it has detained Ukrainian saboteurs in Crimea

LEAD:

Russia's Federal Security Service, the FSB, says it had detained a group of saboteurs who it says were planning attacks in Crimea.  The FSB says they were planning to attack military sites and vital infrastructure in the annexed peninsula. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.

As Donald Trump emerged the victor of Tuesday night's election, thoughts are turning to his list of priorities.

The New York businessman will need to start picking his cabinet, aided by his transition team Chris Christie, governor of New Jersey, and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell is trying to strike a positive tone, saying he is looking forward to getting on the same page with a President Donald Trump.

Ryan Praises Trump
