China's Wanda buys Dick Clark Productions for $1 billion

China's Dalian Wanda Group has acquired the production company behind
the Golden Globes and the "Miss America" pageant.

It's paid a billion dollars for Dick Clark Productions. It's part of a

According to the US Labor Department 161,000 thousand jobs were
