MAY: BREXIT MEANS BREXIT

UK Prime Minister Theresa May has again ruled out holding a fresh referendum on Britain's membership of the European Union.

She's hosting a so-called Brexit Brainstorm to discuss options for the UK's exit from the EU after the country's referendum.

She's gathered her cabinet ministers at her country residence to try and encourage unity amid reports of division over the Brexit process.

Theresa May has said Article 50 - which starts a two year period of negotiations with the EU - will not be triggered this year.

And she insists her government will respect the will of the people.
