US Supreme Court divided on immigration

The U.S. Supreme Court is split 4 vs. 4 on a constitutional question about immigration reform, in a blow to President Obama's plan.

The regulations are about whether certain illegal immigrants can attend college and work, but the case more broadly is about the power of the presidency.

Heroin use in the US at 20-year high

According to the United Nations annual World Drug Report the number of
people around the globe addicted to drugs has risen for the first time
in six years.

The UN add that heroin use is increasing in western nations describing
the drug's prevalence in the United States as an epidemic.

'Stairway To Heaven' Trial Goes To Jury

NY-bound gun-toting vigilantes plead not guilty to weapons charges
