US suggests Russia to blame for faltering Syrian ceasefire

Top U.S. officials are suggesting that Russia may be at least partly to blame for the faltering cease-fire in Syria.

The United Nations has called the situation in Aleppo 'catastrophic' following a series of airstrikes which have killed dozens and destroyed a Medicins sans Frontieres hospital.

Back in Washington, while insisting U-S Secretary of State John Kerry is working on the diplomatic and political solutions for Syria's crisis, U.S. Defence Secretary Ashton Carter told the Senate Armed Services Committee, Moscow may be partly to blame because they haven't done what they said.
