The US Federal Reserve will be under scrutiny this week as investors await the minutes from the last monthly meeting.

The past four Fed chairs are also due to speak at an event in New York - the first time they've appeared together.

Dozens of casualties reported after Armenian and Azerbaijani troops clash

LAPD rule out knife found at O.J. Simpson’s former property

Los Angeles police say that a knife reportedly found at the former home of O.J. Simpson is not connected to his 1994 murder case.  Authorities had conducted an array of tests on the knife before ruling it out.  Arash Ghadishah has more from Los Angeles.

Pres. Obama wraps up last leaders summit on nuclear security

U.S. President Barack Obama is promoting the progress and all of the commitments made by the dozens of countries participating in the final leaders summit on nuclear security.

He's emphasizing that going forward, it's about transnational threats, and securing nuclear technology and radioactive material is just one facet of a larger problem.

Islamic State is top concern for President Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is using the closing session of the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit to discuss his top concern, the Islamic State.

The American president feels that progress is being made in destroying the leadership and cutting off financing of the terror group.

But he told his fellow leaders, while the threat may be narrowing in Syria and Iraq, it may be expanding elsewhere.

US jobs data beats Wall St. estimates

The United States added 215,000 jobs to the economy in March beating
Wall Street estimates.

This piece of data is watched very closed by the US Federal Reserve
but analysts don't expect them to alter their cautious approach when

WORLD HAS 'MORE OBESE THAN UNDERWEIGHT' ADULTS

For the first time, there may now be more adults in the world who are obese, than underweight.

A new study published in the Lancet medical journal claims the number of obese people worldwide had risen to over 600 million by 2014.

Researchers at Imperial College London compared Body Mass Index data from nearly 20 million adults.

And reporter Charlotte Wright says their findings came the period of 1975 to 2014.

Russia downplays British report on civilian casualties in Syria

China and US to sign Climate Agreement first

US President Barack Obama and President Xi Jin Ping of China have
agreed to sign the Paris Climate Agreement 'as early as possible'.
