World Bank Cancels Road Project in Uganda
Intro;
The World Bank has canceled a $265 million road project in Uganda.
The cancellation follows an infrastructure project review that found evidence of mismanagement on the side of government, amid allegations of sexual harassment by the road contractor.

The World Bank says Uganda was warned about the multiple failures of the Transport Sector Development Project.
And that concerns over the mismanagement of the road project and sexual abuse of under age girls by employees of the government contractor were ignored.
The 220km road project is an upgrade from a dirt road to a paved one linking communities in the rural Western part of the country.
In a written response Uganda's Roads Authorities say government is working towards ensuring that road works continue as issues that led to the cancelation of the project are addressed.
The World Bank is one of Uganda's major sources of funding for projects in transport, education and health among others.

FAMILY BARRED FROM U.S. 'FOR BEING MUSLIM'
The family of 11 were stopped at London's Gatwick Airport without explanation - only informed that their authorisation to travel had been cancelled.
They've told British media they believe they weren't allowed to board the flight because they are Muslim.
Their local MP has raised concerns about the growing numbers of British muslims being stopped from entering the US, with no apparent reason.
Talat Ahmed from the Muslim Council of Britain says it's not the first such case.
