Oil prices drop to lowest level since 2008

Oil prices have dropped to lows not seen since 2008.

The cost has continued to fall after new reports show that the surplus
of oil is only growing.

U.S. airlines ban hoverboards over fire risk

The three largest airlines in the U.S. have now banned "hoverboards" in carry-on and checked luggage, due to fire risk.

The ride-on scooters, which look like sideways skateboards, have been growing in popularity among both kids and adults.

Dow Chemical And Dupont Reach Deal On Merger

Dow Chemical, and Dupont, two multinational American chemical corporations, have agreed to combine their operations into one company.

The new firm, which will be known as DowDupont, will subsequently split into three, marking one of the largest mergers in the history of the business.

US: ISIS MAKES OVER $500M FROM OIL SALES

The US says the Islamic State has made over $500 million selling oil - much of it to the Syrian government.

Treasury Official Adam Szubin made the claim at an event in London.

Phone hacking investigation dropped against Murdoch's UK newspaper group

EU Warns Countries to Properly Register All Refugees and Migrants

HEATHROW DECISION DELAY ANGERS BUSINESS

The UK government is under-fire for again putting off a decision over whether to expand London's Heathrow Airport.

Business leaders are expressing their anger at having to wait until next year, with the government calling for more environmental research in the meantime.

Heathrow airport is one of the world's busiest hubs, but is operating at full capacity and it warns it will lose out to European competitors if another runway isn't added.

US Defense Chief Endorses Regional Hub Strategy for Fighting ISIS
