Russia has accused international organizations monitoring the conflict in Eastern Ukraine of a pro-Kiev bias.
The accusation comes following announcements from NATO and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) that armored vehicles, weapons, and unmarked soldiers have been seen moving westwards within rebel-controlled territories, from the direction of the Russian border.
